A friendly, adult swimming club based in Barrow Park Leisure Centre, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, welcoming:
- Those wishing to benefit from structured swimming sessions with like-minded adults.
- Individuals able to competently swim 1500m (60 × 25m lengths) in 45 minutes or less.
- Swimmers 18 years of age and over.
Session Times (meet in the Leisure Centre café approx. 15 minutes before each session):
Three 1hr pool sessions per week with pre-planned training programmes aimed at improving both technique and stamina.
- Monday 7-30pm – 8-30pm.
- Wednesday 7-30pm – 8-30pm.
- Friday 3-30pm – 4-30pm.
Swimming Fees:
- £6 per pool training session
- Alternative: £48 monthly (approx. £4 each if you are able to attend every session)
